Mindfulness workshop for kids

Mindfuless is a way of helping us become more aware of our thoughts and bodies in the present moment. It empowers us to gain a better understanding of our experiences, giving us the space to make conscious choices in responding to various situations instead of reacting impulsively. Kate Berger MSc, is a Child & Adolescent Psychologist (The Expat Kids Club) and Mindfulness Practitioner (Mindfulness International) who has been supporting international families in the Amsterdam-area for over 15 years. She is dedicated and passionate about sharing mindfulness based interventions in her work and personal life as a mother of two.

In this mini-mindfulness “exposure,” you (and your kids!) will experience mindfulness meditation in a fun, easy and accessible way which will help you connect with yourself and maybe even those you love and the world around you. (20 minutes each session; max 8 people).
