Sunday Run Club is a community-first run club based in Amsterdam, built around consistency, connection and a shared love for movement
What started as a simple weekly run has grown into a strong and social community where people show up for more than just the run. It’s about routine, energy and meeting like-minded people.
Whether you’re new to running or experienced, everyone is welcome. We have something for every type of runner.
For this year's version of the Amsterdam Health Festival, we're happy to present two of our most popular staple runs: Beginners Run & Long Run. Pick your level & join!
BEGINNERS RUN (3-5km, run/walk)
New to running or just getting back into it? This one’s for you.
Our Beginners Run is all about building confidence, finding your rhythm, and enjoying the process. No pressure, no expectations. We run together at an easy, conversational pace, with short breaks if needed and a strong focus on making everyone feel comfortable and included.
Whether it’s your first 3–5K or you’re simply looking for a softer session, this is your space to show up and start.

LONG RUN (15km, 3-4 pace groups between 5:00-6:30)
This is where we build.
Our Long Run is designed for those looking to go further, both physically and mentally. Expect a steady, social pace over a longer distance, with multiple pace groups to make sure everyone finds their flow.
It’s less about speed, more about consistency, discipline, and showing up week after week. The conversations get deeper, the km's add up and the community carries you through.
Perfect if you’re training for a race, or simply ready to challenge yourself.
