We explore how simple rituals like sharing tea can support well-being in everyday life. As tea is prepared and served in traditional style, we create a relaxed space for reflection and open conversation about mental health, daily pressures, and the importance of grounding practices. 

The facilitator has a background in applied psychology and several years of experience in the field of mental healthcare, and will gently guide this conversation. Tea will be served throughout the session, offering a sensory anchor for the conversation and a moment to slow down together. 
 
This gathering is open to anyone curious about mental well-being, ritual, and the power of simple shared moments.
